This DMCA Policy outlines the procedures for reporting alleged copyright infringement on our website and services in compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).

2. Filing a DMCA Infringement Notice

If you believe that any content available on or through our website or services infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a written notification of infringement to our Designated Copyright Agent. To be effective, the notification must include substantially the following:

1. Physical or Electronic Signature A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
2. Identification of Copyrighted Work Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.
3. Identification of Infringing Material Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., URL, page location, specific description).
4. Contact Information Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address at which the complaining party may be contacted.
5. Good Faith Statement A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. Accuracy Statement A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorney's fees. Please ensure your notice is accurate and complete.

3. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that material you posted on our site was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Designated Copyright Agent. To be effective, a counter-notification must be a written communication that includes substantially the following:

2. Identification of Removed Material Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
3. Statement Under Penalty of Perjury A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
4. Consent to Jurisdiction Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which FORECore Technology may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification under DMCA 512(c)(1)(C) or an agent of such person.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complaining party. If we do not receive notice within ten (10) business days that the original complaining party is seeking a court order to prevent further infringement of the material, we may replace or cease disabling access to the material that was removed.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

FORECore Technology takes copyright infringement seriously. In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users or account holders who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to our website and services and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

5. Modifications to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it.
